The Ascent 300 by Rab is a down sleeping bag with a wide mummy shape, ideal for those looking for their first technical sleeping bag for summer use, trekking, or shelter adventures in mild conditions. Stuffed with 300g of European duck down 650FP treated with Nikwax's fluorocarbon-free water-repellent finish, this model ensures optimal warmth down to a temperature limit of 1°C, maintaining excellent loft capacity even in the presence of humidity. The outer shell is made from lightweight, wind-resistant recycled Pertex® Quantum fabric, while the trapezoidal baffle construction maximizes down expansion and eliminates cold spots. The generous fit includes ample foot space and a three-dimensional shaped thermal collar that seals warmth inside, supported by a 3/4 YKK zip with a padded draft tube. The sleeping bag is available in Regular (840g - for heights up to 185 cm) and Long (895g - for heights up to 200 cm) versions, with the option to zip together right and left models to create a double sleeping bag.
